How do I become a member?

Who can join the platform?

Registering with Humakina is simple, but your entry to the platform is subject to approval by our teams. We just want to make sure that this community remains dedicated to human capital, and that every profile is real. This usually takes no more than 24 hours.

What are the main benefits?

How does the matching work?

All you have to do is define your thematic or sectoral criteria, from a detailed list of possibilities. Our algorithms adapt in a matter of seconds and determine the members who match your criteria. You can then validate one or more proposals, and the match request is sent. As soon as you've accepted, a confidential channel (messaging system) is available for you to exchange information.

Why rate my partners?

Feedback is a gift, but also an essential means of contributing to the excellence of the sector. It can be anonymous (only your activity appears) or visible (your profile will be visible, but only to the rated company): the choice is yours. This industry consensus, updated in real time, encourages emulation among HR partners.

Why physical events too?

Digital is a great tool, but there's no substitute for the human touch. So we bring our members together in a variety of formats, taking care to strike the right balance for high-quality networking.

What about scores and rankings?

Humakina has thousands of data points on a huge number of companies, fed by our algorithms and surveys. These scores and rankings enable us to better understand the industry, personalize your user experience, and enable major partners to master their performance improvement levers globally.

What is Humakina?

Founded in Luxembourg in October 2020 (under the name Datapunk S.A.) Humakina invested 24 months in R&D before making its tools available to the financial sector, and then to other sectors. Its founder, Fabien Amoretti, previously created the first HR community in 2002 under the name HR One, which quickly brought together hundreds of HR decision-makers, and also established Great Place to Work in Luxembourg).

Datapunk has since expanded rapidly in Luxembourg, as well as in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and Monaco. Humakina is a hybrid team with market specialists (finance, human capital, etc.) and a strong tech component, representing half of our workforce.
