Registering with Humakina is simple, but your entry to the platform is subject to approval by our teams. We just want to make sure that this community remains dedicated to human capital, and that every profile is real. This usually takes no more than 24 hours.

How does matching work?

Who is Humakina?

Founded in Luxembourg, in October 2020 (under the name Datapunk S.A.) Humakina invested 24 months in R&D before making its tools available to the financial sector, and then to other sectors. Its founder, Fabien Amoretti, previously created the first HR community in 2002 under the name HR One, which quickly brought together hundreds of HR decision-makers, and also established Great Place to Work in Luxembourg.

Datapunk has since expanded rapidly in Luxembourg, as well as in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy and Monaco. Humakina is a hybrid team with market specialists (finance, human capital, etc.) and a strong tech component, representing half of our workforce.
